Goal setting can be one of the most vital steps when working toward success. You can’t afford to NOT SET YOUR GOALS! Studies show that only 5% of people here in the world set goals. That also is probably why only 3 to 5% of people in the world are the TOP INCOME EARNERS.
Setting goals is a fundamental component to long-term success. The basic reason for this is that you can’t get where you are trying to go until you clearly define where that is. Research studies show a direct link between goals and enhanced performance in business. Goals help you focus and allocate your time and resources efficiently, and they can keep you motivated when you feel like giving up.
I also have found that majority of most people don’t know how to set goals So I have included for you the six steps to setting goals as well as three examples to help you.
1. Step One – Set the goal and make it plain (A short sentence or one word)
2. Put a Date on it
3. Identify Obstacles (4 to 6 one word or short sentence answers)
4. Who is going to help you (May be your upline, success line, or prospects)
5. Game Plan (More than likely your coach will help you with this)
6. W.I.I.F.M. (Whats in it for me?)
Now because I know that its just a bit more complex then that.
